Finally got some money to pay for some films to be developed. Had a play with some turtles in Hawaii with my Nikonos III.

longest journey i've ever had. took me 32 hours to get home. halfway over the atlantic our captain decided we had a maintenance problem and that we we're turning around and going back to Chicago. i felt for Seamus Makim who i met in the airport, on top of what i had to do, he had to then fly onto Madrid then to Lanzarote. crazy. at least he has an epic beard.

things got a little heated in the cricket yesterday, disputes, arguments, rule changes, sand kicking... it kinda passed over my head as i was pretty boozed by that point and far more interested in shwiming and the whales. but it was a great way to spend one of my last days on the island.
